AREAS OF FOCUS
A Collaborative Approach
A dedicated space to honor your lived experience while we explore identity, growth, and healing.
ADHD
Most adults with ADHD who find me have spent a lifetime believing something is fundamentally wrong with them. They believe they're lazy, careless, or not trying hard enough. I specialize in helping you understand your ADHD brain, build workable systems that match how you actually function, and break the cycle of shame that often accompanies late diagnosis. We'll focus on what works for your neurology, not what you think you "should" be able to do.
Anxiety
Anxiety is exhausting, especially when your brain is wired to notice everything. Many of my clients with ADHD or autism carry anxiety that's been present for so long it feels like part of their personality. I help clients understand the root of their anxiety, whether it's sensory overwhelm, social uncertainty, or years of masking. We work with their nervous system to find regulation and build a life that isn't run by hypervigilance or avoidance.
Autism
I work with autistic adults, including those who received a late or self-diagnosis, who are navigating identity, masking fatigue, burnout, and the complex social world. Late diagnosis often brings relief and grief at once. My approach is strengths-based and affirming, never pathologizing. We'll work on understanding your sensory and social needs, processing the cost of masking, and creating space for your authentic self.
Neurodivergent Truma
Neurodivergent trauma often doesn't look like traditional trauma, but the impact is just as real. Years of masking to survive, being invalidated or misunderstood, and carrying the belief that something is fundamentally wrong with you affect your nervous system deeply. I work with clients to process these layers, understand how they've shaped your internal landscape, and rebuild a sense of safety that allows you to exist without constant adaptation.
RECOGNITION
If any of this sounds familiar...
You were the "gifted" kid who could never quite get it together.
•
The diagnosis explained everything and changed nothing about how hard things still are.
•
You've been called "high-functioning" — which just means no one sees how much you're struggling.
•
Basic tasks that seem easy for everyone else feel impossible for you.
•
You've been called "sensitive" so many times you started to believe it was a flaw.
•
You don't know what accommodations you actually need because you've never been allowed to need them.
•
You've been in therapy before, but it never quite addressed the real issue.
•
You're not too complicated for therapy. You just need a therapist who actually gets it.

ABOUT
Understanding neurodivergent experience from the inside out
I work exclusively with neurodivergent adults who have spent years adapting, masking, and wondering why certain things that seem effortless for others feel so hard. I bring clinical training and genuine understanding to this work.
My approach is collaborative, direct, and affirming. I won't pathologize how your mind works. We'll work on understanding it, working with it, and learning to stop fighting it.
I hold a Master's degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
